It is reported that the data in this period comes from the human resources market recruitment and job search data filled in by 102 designated monitoring urban public employment service agencies across the country.

Among them, "electronic special equipment assembly and adjustment worker" ranked 25th, "electronic component engineering and technical personnel" ranked 44th, and "semiconductor discrete device and integrated circuit assembly and adjustment worker" ranked 86th.

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, compared with the fourth quarter of 2021, recruitment demand has rebounded slowly, the shortage of labor in the manufacturing industry has continued, the demand for electronic information industry has rebounded significantly, and the "communication engineering technician", "semiconductor discrete device and integrated circuit assembly and adjustment worker", "computer hardware engineering technician" and "computer network engineering technician" and other occupations have entered the ranking, and the lack of engineering has increased.
